The Walton Arts Center Council has "budgetary and operational oversight" of the business affairs at the Walton Arts Center, including hiring and managing the CEO.
Normally, there are 23 directors on the WAC Council: 11 from the Walton Family Foundation; 6 from the City of Fayetteville; and 6 from the University of Arkansas.
After a spate of resignations, currently there are 13 seats filled. These are the remaining directors, grouped by the agency they represent.
Where possible, contact information is provided so you may express your opinion about the CEO's decision prohibiting NWA Equality's usual drag celebrations during Pride.

The City of Fayetteville has six seats on the WAC Council. They are appointed by the four-member City Council Nominating Committee and approved by the entire City Council.
Applications for two positions were due May 26, as their terms were set to expire in June. The nominating committee will meet to interview candidates soon. They have not advertised a call for applications to replace the unexpired terms, however the Committee has broad discretion to fill or not to fill any position when they meet.
